CAST IRON COOKING FOR BREAKFAST

This time of the year there’s nothing as comforting and delicious as breakfast food for dinner, and we’ll show you how to do it in cast iron!  We’ll start with a frittata with onions, sausage and asparagus.  This will be followed by German oven pancakes with fruit toppings.  Next is a crispy potato, chorizo and green chili hash with avocado and eggs. The finishing dish will be cast iron cinnamon rolls.
